Discover his savory cakes, like the Bacon Cheddar Cheesecake or the Taco Cheesecake. It’s highly recommended getting one for dinner and a different one for dessert – because life’s too short. Chef Val cooked cheesecakes with his mother during her final years. After her passing, Val decided their creations needed to be shared. He started selling his cheesecakes to local restaurants and cafes, and the orders kept pouring in. A civil engineer by trade, Val has proven that hard work, dedication, and the right amount of eggs can transform everything.
